Every casting produced at Hinduja Foundries is subjected to a series of quality checks to ensure Total Quality Control.

Statistical methods are employed to create sample batches which are tested for various laid down process parameters in each stage of production. The parameters are described in the quality plan which has been designed to meet international specifications.

The quality control laboratories at Hinduja Foundries perform an array of analysis to ensure that the casts do not have structural and compositional deficiencies.

Analysis performed include dimensional analysis, mechanical strength tests and tests to determine micro-properties of the metal. The vacuum emission spectrometer, to perform chemical analysis and the ultrasonic non-destructive testing equipment for discerning internal flaws are part of the specialised testing machinery available at Hinduja Foundries.
