The supplies to Ashok Leyland are mostly in SG Iron. EFL (DCU) specializes in manufacture of Differential Carriers and Hubs for variety of applications in HCV and LCV range. Some of the castings supplied are Front Hub, Rear Hub, Fly Wheel, Bearing Cap, Different Carrier, Spring Brackets, 8 TG Hub, 10 TG Hub and Cargo Hubs.
Axletech, USA	An Off-shoot of Arvin Meritor, USA, Axletech manufacturers transmission assemblies of heavier nature. EFL (DCU) developed fully machined components in ready to use condition since late 2003 and now is a regular supplier. All castings supplied are in ductile iron and weight ranging from 25 Kgs. to 90 Kgs. per piece.Machined components which are supplied are Spiders and Hubs.
	Association of DCU with TAFE is over a decade and have been a major supplier through all its plants located at various places. Major components supplied are Axle Housings, Transmission Case, Centre Housings & Diff Case. DCU had been an active participant in all developmental activities for their new models especially in the case of Transmission Case and Axle Housings.
	Some of the castings supplied to Caterpillar are Casting Gear Internal, Wheel, Earth Moving Equipment Components. They are supplied to a very stringent quality requirement. Random radiography requirements are also complied with. All castings are in Ductile Iron.
	DCU had been a leading supplier for over a decade to Escorts Ltd., for Trumpet Housings and Centre Housings. The share of DCU for all varieties of Trumpet Housings is 100%. All castings are in Grey Iron.
	Supplies of DCU are essentially Diff Carrier, Flange Half & Plain Half castings. With the specialization available at DCU, it had been a major supplier to AAL with regards to Diff Carrier castings.
	Association of DCU with New Holland was from its inception and over the years have grown with this customer. DCU is the single source for all its requirements of Trumpet Housings, Axle Casing and Master Clutch Housings.
	Over the past couple of years DCU has established itself in supply of Diff Carriers to Tata Motors, Pune. Its castings have also been approved by Tata Motors Plant at Jamshedpur, where the supplies have begun in the second quarter of 2005.
	Again DCU is a single source for supply of Trumpet Housing and Clutch Housings for their plant at Pune. All castings supplied are in Grey Iron.
