Green Field Foundry at Sriperumbadur

Hinduja Foundries expanded capacity by setting new green field foundry near Chennai. for producing around 50000 MT per annum of Grey Iron and S.G.Iron castings.

The New Foundry have state-of-art of technology in all facets of casting manufacturing. It has air impact and squeeze moulding line with 100 moulds per hour.

The box size of the moulding line is 1300 x 1000 x 380 x 380 mm.

Also the unit has facilities like dual track melting, holding furnace, with press pour and modern pattern / tool making shop with simulation facilities.

Future Plans on Anvil

• Setting up of machining facilities to meet the specific customer needs.
• Setting up of Aluminium High Pressure Die Casting line with a view to cater future needs of car blocks.
• Development of cluster foundries to enhance delivery capabilities.
